I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has a fantastic location in Chinatown with easy access to shops and public transport, my experience was marred by the state of the rooms and some service issues. The staff was friendly, but they could have been more helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms was a major downside, which definitely affected my overall impression of the place.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were in desperate need of a deep clean, with mold issues and uncomfortable layouts. The door had a significant gap, which let the light from the hallway in all night. It was not ideal at all.
Service
5.0
The service was friendly enough, but I felt that the staff lacked a bit of courtesy and seemed unwilling to assist us with our bags. They need to step it up in that department.
Location

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location in Chinatown was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. However, I was taken aback by the state of the rooms, which had signs of previous break-ins. The service felt a bit lacking, as I didn’t feel welcomed compared to other guests. On the bright side, the dining options were plentiful and the food delicious, making for some good value for money overall.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Chinatown with plenty of food options nearby, which I loved. The service, however, was frustrating as it took too long for our requests to be handled. The rooms were mostly clean and comfortable, but not without issues, and the dining options could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a decent value for money given its great location.

The hotel is located in Chinatown, perfect for food lovers, especially seafood enthusiasts. However, the rooms are quite small and not very clean, which was disappointing. The service could also use some improvement, as it felt a bit unwelcoming. Overall, the location offers great value for those looking to explore Chinatown and enjoy local cuisine.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Chinatown, making it super convenient for food lovers. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired—quite old, not very clean, and not at all what the pictures suggested. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, but the overall vibe of the place felt a bit outdated. If you're looking for a bargain, it might be worth your while, but just be prepared for the quirks.
Rooms

The hotel is located right in the heart of Chinatown, making it super convenient to explore the area. The rooms are decent, but I wish they would have been priced as originally booked to match their quality. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the noise from the hallway made my stay a bit less comfortable. Overall, it has its pros and cons, but the value for money isn't quite where it should be.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were fine for a budget option, but considering the higher price we paid, I expected a bit more comfort. They weren't very soundproof, and I could often hear kids and housekeeping in the hall.
Service

This hotel is a great choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay in Chinatown with an excellent location for shopping and seafood. While the rooms are clean and offer decent value for money, they can feel a bit run down. The service varies, with some friendly staff but also moments where I felt overlooked. The dining options are quite good, especially if you enjoy Chinese and Indian cuisine, but it's not the most luxurious experience overall.

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The location in Chinatown was absolutely great for food and shopping, but the rooms were quite old and didn't match the photos at all. While the staff was welcoming, the service felt a bit off at times. Overall, it was decent considering the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
Rooms

The rooms were pretty old and looked nothing like the pictures, with a bit of a musty smell. It wasn't ideal, as I had to climb over the bed to get to the moldy bathroom. There was also a significant gap at the bottom of the door that let in light from the corridor, which was bothersome when trying to sleep.
